Women From Chichester And South Carolina Charged With Drunken Driving: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Diane Capen, born in 1947, of Concord, received a summons at noon at Nov. 15, 2025, on a criminal trespass charge. Also cited for criminal trespass were Tanya A. Daly, born in 1988, of Auburn, and Steven H. Beland, born in 1989, also of Auburn. They were all charged following an investigation or incident at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.

Nycole Marie Heisler, born in 1986, of North Charleston, South Carolina, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. on Nov. 14 on driving while intoxicated and felony receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on Bridge Street.

Zachary Michael Breeden, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 7:26 a.m. on Nov. 13 on a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Douglas A. Hudon Sr., born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge and a warrant following an investigation or incident at the vacant Shaw’s supermarket building at 20 Fort Eddy Road.

Galen Elwood Sawyer, born in 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. on Nov. 10 on a criminal threatening charge following an investigation or incident at the Concord Homeless Research Center at 238 N. Main St.

Nadine Juanita McBride Remington, born in 1986, of Chichester, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Nov. 8 on a driving under the influence charge following an investigation or incident at the Cumberland Farms at 196 N. Main St.

Rowan Thomas Kiley, born in 2007, of Concord, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a possession-use tobacco product by a minor violation following an investigation or incident at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Scott Willaim Whitley, born in 1973, of Concord, received a summons at 4:46 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a possession of alcoholic beverages following an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Emma-Rose Farrell, born in 2007, of Hopkinton, received a summons at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a simple assault charge following an investigation or incident at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Dunia Bulambo, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Oct. 25 on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested following an investigation or incident at Domino’s Pizza at 202 N. Main St.
