Rhode Island Teens Arrested on I-95 in Portsmouth

• Kevin Quinn, 54, of Salisbury, MA was arrested on Exeter Road in Newfields and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Steven O'Brien, 21, of Rochester was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

• Heidi Marcoux, 19, of Strafford was arrested on Drake Hill Road in Strafford on an outstanding in-state warrant.
• Nicole Kendall, 23, of Raymond was arrested on Route 125 in Brentwood on an outstanding in-state warrant.

• Timothy Cote, 35, of Manchester was arrested on Route 101 in Candia and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Jonathan Order, 25, of Lewiston, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.
• John Brennan, 34, of Rochester was arrested on Route 108 in Somersworth and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension. He was also wanted on an outstanding bench warrant and outstanding in-state warrants.
• Marcos Hernandez, 19, of Providence, RI was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with operating without a valid license.
• Diaemond Vargas Diaz, 19, of Providence, RI was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

• Luis Maldonado, 42, of Hampton was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating after suspension.
• Jennifer Duckworth, 29, of Barrington was arrested on Route 125 in Epping and charged with subsequent offense driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
• Frank Vozzella, 18, of Winchester, MA was arrested on Route 16 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

• Gianmarco Suarez, 31, of Hampton was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton and charged with operating after suspension and falsifying registration decals.
• Michael Hilber, 27, of Rochester was arrested on Old Dover Road in Rochester on an outstanding bench warrant.
• Alexander Demers, 21, of Berwick, ME was arrested on Route 101 in Epping and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.

• Jeffrey Good, 39, of Kennebunk, ME was arrested on Route 101 in Epping and charged with suspended registration.
• Robert Power, 49, of Hampton was arrested on Route 101 in Hampton and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

• Arianna Baker, 18, of Rochester was arrested on Route 16 in Dover ad charged with possession of a controlled drug and illegal possession of alcohol.
• Karli Crowley, 19, of Alton was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with possession of a controlled drug and illegal possession of alcohol.
• Amber Trudell, 24, of Dover was arrested on Weeks Lane in Dover and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Kevin Schwartz, 25, of Dover was arrested on Weeks Lane in Dover on an outstanding bench warrant.
• Kimberly Urrutia, 36, of Rochester was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with suspended registrations.
• Charles Poritt, 49, of Newmarket was arrested on A Street in Hampton and charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident.
