Bail Set at $100K for Man in Exeter Manhunt

Ryan Fogg was arraigned this morning in Derry District Court.

Ryan Fogg, , was ordered held on $100,000 cash bail in court this morning.

The 22-year-old Fogg, who has a , was captured Monday night after nearly three hours on the run.

Fogg, 22, of Seabrook, pleaded not guilty at his video arraignment in Derry District Court. Prosecutors asked for no bail because Fogg is considered to be a flight risk.

Fogg was originally arrested by Seabrook police on burglary and criminal threatening charges stemming from an incident Saturday when he allegedly tried to break in to his grandmother's house while high on drugs. When police arrived at the residence, Fogg fled through the woods. A state police K-9 unit was brought in but could not locate Fogg. Seabrook police brought Fogg to Monday for treatment for an unknown injury. As Fogg was about to be placed in a police cruiser bound for jail, he booked it into the woods – still in his hospital gown and with two pairs of handcuffs on.

Fogg today was ordered to not contact his grandmother. He is also prohibited from possessing a firearm or any other destructive device.
