Manley Jr., 21, of Exeter, is charged with operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension. During a pedestrian check, 32-year-old Christopher R. Harris of Fremont is charged with resisting arrest or detention and contempt of court.</div><div>Friday, April 5 — Stephanie A.
