Fentanyl is the same drug that <a href="https://exeter.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/exeter-serial-infector-pleads-guilty">David Kwiatkowski</a>, the former Exeter Hospital worker who started a <a href="https://exeter.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/court-papers-david-kwiatkowski-admits-to-hepatitis-c-outbreak">hepatitis C outbreak</a>, stole from the hospital, and others. Kwaitkowski was sentenced last year in federal court <a href="https://exeter.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/exeters-serial-infector-sentenced">to 39 years in prison</a>.
