New Hampshire State Police issued an alert Monday that one lane of Route 101 eastbound in Epping will be closed for about an hour, starting at 8:45 a.m., to clear the scene of a crane truck crash.The truck crashed after a tire blow-out at around 7:18 a.m. May 5. The tire blow-out caused the driver, Merrill Johnson, 75, of Hooksett, to go off the road and into the tree line.No injuries were reported.
