East Kingston Teen Charged with Child Endangerment

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Jan. 17 and Jan. 23:

Jan. 17

• Melanie Ignacio, 37, Amesbury, MA was arrested on Lafayette Road in Hampton Falls and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Justin Coleman, 26, of Seabrook was arrested on the Route 28 Bypass in Auburn and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Devon Smith, 22, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 16 in Dover on an outstanding in-state warrant. The charge was not specified.

• William Storey, 36, of Exeter was arrested on Ernest Avenue in Exeter and charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident.

• George Cullen, 19, of East Kingston was arrested on Andrews Lane in East Kingston and charged with criminal threatening and endangering the welfare of a child.

• William Hamrick, 19, of Barrington was arrested on Route 155 in Lee and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol by a minor.
• Matthew Preston, 19, of Barrington was arrested on Route 155 in Lee and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
• Lauren Prost, 18, of Merrimack was arrested on Technology Drive in Durham and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Adam Provencher, 33, of Hampton was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
• Russell Scholtz, 21, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 16 in Newington and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• John Desjardins, 29, of Portsmouth was arrested on Interstate 95 in North Hampton and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
• Kristopher Henner, 18, of Farmington was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with stalking.
• Nicole Perry, 18, of Milton was arrested on Route 16 in Dover on an outstanding in-state warrant. The charge was not specified.

• Kayla Perkins, 24, of Hampton was arrested on Route 101 in Hampton and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.

• Justin Holsapple, 36, of Rochester was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled drug.

• Kenneth Dovey, 41, of Sandown was arrested on Waterford Drive in Sandown on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
• Peter Read, 54, of Nottingham was arrested on Gile Road in Nottingham and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Matthew Hoffman, 22, of Durham was arrested on Main Street in Durham on an outstanding in-state warrant.
