2+2=Fun in Hampton Tuesday Night

A special activity-filled event is planned so families can take part in and see the learning happening in Hampton.

Submitted by School Administrative Unit 90

The Hampton School District, grades K-8, will host a Family Math Night on Tuesday, April 30, at Hampton Academy. All of the schools will be represented at this event. Students will have the opportunity to demonstrate and display math skills and activities that are part of their grade-level curriculum. With the adoption of common standards and expectations in mathematics, it is important that families have an occasion to see the learning that takes place each day in the classrooms in Hampton.

The event begins at 6 p.m. The entire building will be utilized by teachers and students. Centre School will use the Hampton Academy Dining Hall, Marston School will use the Lower Gym, and Hampton Academy will have exhibits throughout the first floor and in Eastman Gym. For further information call any one of the schools or the SAU 90 office at 926-4560.
