23 Biz Up for 'Taste of the Seacoast' Honors

Due to "off the charts" participation, Taste of the Seacoast has announced an extension to the voting period for its annual "best of"-style contest.

Voting has been extended to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 26, and the following Hampton and North Hampton businesses are up for the following awards (all of which include a write-in option for a business of your choosing):

• Flatbread – Best Kid Friendly Restaurant, Best Pizzeria, Best Vegetarian/Vegan Restaurant
• Smoke Stack Grille - Best Barbecue, Best New Restaurant
• Breakers Restaurant and Bar - Best Hotel Restaurant (new category)
• Savory Square Bistro - Best New Restaurant
• Fores - Best New Restaurant
• Bai Cha - Best New Restaurant
• 401 Tavern – Best Burger, Best Crabcakes, Best Chili, Best Inexpensive Eats (lunch), Best Bar, Best Bar Food, Best Sports Bar, Best Business Lunch, Best Restaurant 2013
• Old Salt – Best Clam Chowder, Best Brunch
• Beach Plum – Best Lobster Roll
• Las Olas -  Best Burrito
• Ocean Wok – Best Chinese Cuisine
• Jumpin’ Jack’s Java - Best Cup of Coffee (new category)
• Galley Hatch – Best Dessert (new category)
• Joe’s Meat Shoppe – Best Butcher Shop, Best Deli
• C’est Cheese - Best Cheese and Wine Shop
• Nelson’s Candies - Best Candy and Confections Store (new category)
