Annual Leaf Collection Begins Soon

Town employees will soon haul away leaves and other yard waste during trash and recycling collection days.

Submitted by the Hampton Public Works Department

Hampton will conduct its annual fall leaf pickup during the first week of November. Residents should put out their yard waste (leaves, grass clippings, pine needles, etc.) at the curb on their regular rubbish collection day in either biodegradable paper bags or loosely packed containers which can easily be dumped out.

Residents should note that the vehicle collecting the leaves will be different than the one picking up household trash and recycling.
