Arrest Logs, State Police Troop B

CONCORD, NH — The following arrests have been reported by State Police Troop A for the time period of March 22 to March 28. Those listed in the arrest logs are presumed innocent unless they are proven guilty in court. The names of minors under the age of 18 have been omitted.

• March 22 — Michael Bournival, 33, of Bedford, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension in Seabrook. Elizabeth Lombardo, 22, of Barrington, is charged with driving under the influence in Durham.
• March 23 — Bradley Atkinson, 36, of Manchester, is charged with DUI in North Hampton. John Russo, 33, of Manchester, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension in Exeter.
• March 25 — Christopher Smock, 43, of Laconia, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension in Exeter.
• March 26 — Pablo Rondon Caraballo, 23, is charged with driving without a valid license in Hampton. Michelle Fredette-Chatman, 33, of Rochester, is charged with driving on a divided highway and crossing a median, driving after revocation or suspension, and was arrested on a bench warrant in Rochester.
• March 27 —Juan Montes, 38, of Sanford, Maine, is arrested on a bench warrant and is charged with driving after revocation or suspension in Portsmouth.
• March 28 — Yilin Liu, 24, of Durham, is charged with reckless operation in North Hampton.
