Bad Checks Lead to Hampton Man's Drug Arrest

FRIDAY, MARCH 22

• 3:08 a.m.: Stephanie J. Dowlearn, 25, of Hampton was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief (vandalism) at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and 3rd Street.
• 8:31 a.m.: Police were involved in a child pornography-related investigation connected to Milford.
• 11:36 a.m.: Theft investigated at Sands Hotel and Resort.
• 2:04 p.m.: Theft investigated at Hoaty's.
• 4:32 p.m.: Harassment investigated at 75 Lafayette Road.
• 7:06 p.m.: Accident investigated at Lamie's Inn.
• 7:52 p.m.: Domestic incident investigated at 698 Lafayette Road.
• 8:03 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at The Community Oven.

SATURDAY, MARCH 23

• 4:14 a.m.: Domestic incident investigated at 660 Lafayette Road.
• 7:02 a.m.: Disorderly conduct warning issued at Seacoast United Sports Club.
• 1:52 p.m.: Burglary investigated at Al Gauron Fishing.
• 4:17 p.m.: Andrew Kourafas, 31, of Hampton, was charged with issuing bad checks and possession of a controlled drug after a traffic stop near 94 Ashworth Ave. Kourafas was also arrested last month on a bench warrant.
• 8:07 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at Sands Hotel and Resort.
• 9:49 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at 37 Towle Ave.
• 10:37 p.m.: Michael Stoltzfus, 37, of Hampton, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention at Sands Hotel and Resort.

SUNDAY, MARCH 24

• 3:45 p.m.: Criminal trespass investigated at 40 River Ave.
