Child Predator's Sentence Now 210 Years

John Allen Wright, 47, is already behind bars for recording himself sexually assaulting young children on his route.

The state has tacked on at least another 50 years to the federal government's 160-year prison sentence for John Allen Wright, a Provider bus driver prosecutors say preyed on two Seacoast-area special needs children, according to WMUR.

Strafford County Attorney Thomas Velardi told WMUR the additional counts and jail time are sought against Wright, 47, who pleaded guilty to felonious sexual assault and other state charges Monday during a sentencing hearing, because prosecutors are "hopeful that the total consequence of the federal sentence, as well as the state sentence, is that John Allen Wright will not be in the community ever again."
