Celebrate the Harvest Moon with the Seacoast Artist Association

Look east tonight to see the full Harvest Moon rising soon after sunset at 6:38 PM! The Seacoast Artist Association in Exeter celebrates this with their September theme show "Harvest Moon". You only have another week to see and purchase Lorraine Woodford's Best in Show winner, mixed media piece "Moon Pull" and Kevin Talbot's photograph "Full Moon on the Powow" which won this month's People's Choice award. "In Autumn the moon rises almost directly across the Powow River from our home in Kingston, NH," says Kevin about his dramatic shot. "On this particular full moon night the air temps had dropped significantly, creating a low hanging fog over the warmer water. Some lights from a home and a campfire add to the scene shot October 11, 2014." See these and much more new artwork at the gallery which is open Wed-Sat 10-5 and Sun 1-4.
