Drunk Driver Who Injured Woman Arrested Again
Michelle Nogueira Rodrigues, 22, will soon appear in superior court for a pretrial conference.

A woman recently indicted for causing an August 2012 car versus pedestrian crash on Hampton Beach — a crash that sent a woman to the hospital with a pelvic fracture — has been arrested again.
Rockingham County sheriffs recently arrested Michelle Nogueira Rodrigues, 22, of 10 1st St. in Ipswich, Mass., on three judge's orders — two for aggravated driving under the influence in a collision with serious bodily injury, and one for failure to keep right on a rotary.
Rodrigues was indicted on two aggravated driving while intoxciated and one one-way roadway violation charges by a Rockingham Superior Court grand jury in February. Rodrigues allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .08 or more when she allegedly struck a pedestrian while .

Rockingham Superior Court staff said Tuesday that Rodrigues is scheduled for a structuring conference at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7. Rodrigues will be issued a pretrial and trial date at that time, according to court staff.
