Emergency Parking Ban Enacted Due to Snowstorm
No vehicles can be parked on town or state roads from 8 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday afternoon, according to a local police chief.

Due to the upcoming storm, the North Hampton police chief and the North Hampton director of public works will implement an emergency parking ban beginning at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, and continuing through 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

The proper removal of snow by New Hampshire Department of Transportation and North Hampton Public Works employees is imperative for the continuation of emergency services, and also to prevent ice buildup on the roadways within North Hampton.
Any unattended vehicle parked on any state road or town road within North Hampton that interferes with the effective removal of snow may be towed and ticketed.
