Fugitive Arrested on I-95

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Dec. 20 and Dec. 26:

Friday, Dec. 20

• Grant Meaux, 34, of Centennial, CO was arrested on Central Avenue in Dover and charged with subsequent offense driving while intoxicated.
• Ali Faisal Razvi, 30, of Methuen, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in North Hampton and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Kimberly Snow, 33, of Manchester was arrested on Route 101 in Epping on an outstanding bench warrant.
• Thomas Battye, 75, of York, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland on an outstanding in-state warrant.
• Russell Davidson, 29, of Epsom was arrested on Route 9 in Dover and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Meagan Welsh, 24, of Seabrook was arrested on Route 107 Raymond and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs.
• Tyler Moorman, 21, of Rye was arrested on Route 33 in Portsmouth and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.

• Naomi Butler, 35, of Lynn, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton and charged with hindering apprehension and unsworn falsification.
• Anthony Todisco, 37, of Malden, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton and charged with disobeying an officer, false reports to law enforcement and operating after suspension.
• David Abood, 61, of Farmington was arrested on Route 101 in Exeter and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Richard Kavanagh, 45, of Rutland, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in North Hampton and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• David Carroll, 22, of Needham, MA was arrested on the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Daniel Rosso, 28, of Gardiner, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with possession and transportation of a controlled drug.
• Valmore Langelier, 26, of Milton was arrested on Route 125 in Rochester on an oustanding bench warrant.
• Joshua McNerney, 24, of Alton, ME was arrested at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood and charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.
• Michelle Johnson, 19, of Dover was arrested on Central Avenue in Dover and charged with possession of a controlled drug and subsequent offense operating after suspension.

• Dustin Rice, 20, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
• Francis O'Brien, 66, of Seabrook was arrested on Route 1 in Portsmouth and charged with subsequent offense driving while intoxicated and operating after suspension.
• Michelle Young, 41, of Manchester was arrested on Route 101 in Candia and charged with subsequent offense driving while intoxicated, operating after suspension and driving without proof of insurance.

• Kristen Fox, 43, of Lee was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
• Luke Pesaturo, 22, of Merrimack was arrested on Route 125 in Epping on an outstanding bench warrant.
• Justin Dunkel, 36, of Somersworth was arrested on Route 108 in Somersworth and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Mary Buchanan, 23, of Portsmouth was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.

• Samantha Mackey, 22, of Nashua was arrested on Route 101 in Exeter and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Mason Soto, 24, of New Bedford, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
