Gun Theft Suspect, Former Fugitive Arrested on Assault Charge

• 7 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at 132 Ashworth Ave.
• 7:56 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at the skateboard park on Hardardt's Way.

TUESDAY, MARCH 19

• 9:26 a.m.: Kenneth Patterson, 24, of Raymond, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a protective order, obstructing the report of a crime or injury and simple assault.
• 10:38 a.m.: Theft investigated at 8 Purington Lane.
• 11:27 a.m.: Accident investigated at the Old Salt.
• 1:42 p.m.: Accident investigated at the southbound side of the intersection of Lafayette Road and Route 101.
• 3:31 p.m.: Accident investigated at the High Street municipal parking lot.
• 3:33 p.m.: Accident investigated at TD Bank.
• 3:50 p.m.: Accident investigated at Tidewater Campground.
• 3:55 p.m.: Accident investigated at the intersection of Drakeside Road and Towle Farm Road.
• 4:25 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at Bank of America.
• 8:49 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at the skateboard park on Hardardt's Way.
• 9:45 p.m.: Disorderly conduct investigated at Sun and Surf Motel.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20

• 4:53 a.m.: Jordan Welch, 18, of 27 Fairfield Drive, arrested on a warrant and two bench warrants. 
• 8:18 a.m.: Accident investigated at the intersection of High Street and Little River Road.
• 9:11 a.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at Centre School.
• 8:34 p.m.: Reckless operation investigated on Sanborn Road.

THURSDAY, MARCH 21

• 8:40 a.m.: A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested at Winnacunnet High School for criminal trespassing and possession and use of tobacco products by a minor.
• 12:21 p.m.: Public indecency investigated at Sands Hotel and Resort.
• 3:10 p.m.: Fraud investigated at 457 Winnacunnet Road.
• 4:38 p.m.: Burglary investigated on Bradstreet Road.
• 5:51 p.m.: Wendell Eason, 50, of Hampton, was charged with driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop near 333 Ocean Blvd.
• 6:11 p.m.: James L. Merrill, 24, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for simple assault. Merrill was indicted in December on four Class A felony-level counts of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking four firearms in summer 2012 after a brief stint as a fugitive.
• 6:55 p.m.: James Michael Walsh, 50, of Hampton, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor and conduct after an accident at the intersection of Mace Road and Mill Road.
