Hampton Man Arrested for Theft in Depot Square

Barry A. Postal, 44, was one of several individuals recently charged.

FRIDAY, APRIL 19

  • 1:43 a.m.: Marcos D. Silva, 43, of Everett, Mass., was charged with operating without a valid license following a traffic stop near the back gate to Foss Manufacturing.
  • 9:50 a.m.: A wallet was report stolen at the Community Oven.
  • 11:44 a.m.: A hit-and-run accident was investigated in the rear of the parking lot at 55 High St.
  • 6:18 p.m.: Theft investigated at 19 Lafayette Road.
  • 7:43 p.m.: Eric Michael Lecuyer, 42, of Derry, was charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia following a criminal trespassing incident on Bragg Avenue.
  • 11:32 p.m.: Police were unable to locate a reported driving under the influence incident near the North Hampton town line.

SATURDAY, APRIL 20

  • 7:25 a.m.: Barry A. Postal, 44, of Hampton, was charged with theft at 32 Depot Square, which is the same address for Chez Boucher and Savory Square Bistro.
  • 2:47 p.m.:TD Bank was robbed.

SUNDAY, APRIL 21

  • 11:30 a.m.: Police investigated a burglary at a home on Riverview Terrace.
  • 1:10 p.m.: Police investigated criminal threatening at 3 High St.
