Hampton Police Log, April 8-13: Disorderly Conduct, Thefts

Hampton Police Department investigates suspicious activity, theft and domestic incidents, as reported in the police logs for April 8-13.

HAMPTON, NH — The following incidents have been reported in the Hampton police logs for the time period of April 8 to April 13. Those listed in the police logs are presumed to be innocent unless they are proven guilty in court. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, April 8 — A neighbor dispute is reported on Ocean Boulevard. An officer conducts a field interview at Marston School. A vehicle is moved after obstructing public way on North Shore Road. Joseph Bianco, 26, of Seabrook, is arrested on a bench warrant. Police investigate during a welfare check on Ocean Boulevard. Police conduct a field interview on High Street. Fraud is reported on Ocean Boulevard. Police are unable to locate an injured animal reported in the area of Ocean Boulevard. Reckless operation of a vehicle is reported on Lafayette Road but police are unable to locate it. Police locate the injured animal on Ocean Boulevard. Criminal mischief is reported on Batchelder Road.
Tuesday, April 9 — Thomas M. Donovan, 36, of Hampton, is arrested on the charge of having suspended registration. Suspicious activity is reported near Hannaford. Police investigate reported endangering the welfare of a child in the area of Josephine Drive. Leah Pike, 33, of Hampton, is arrested on a bench warrant. Police help a driver on Brown Avenue. A "Safe School" violation is investigated at Hampton Arms Apartments.
Wednesday, April 10 — Police conduct a welfare check on Johnson Avenue. Disorderly conduct is reported on Thomsen Road. Police notify an agency regarding a vehicle obstructing a public way on Lafayette Road near High Street. A hit-and-run accident is reported on Ocean Boulevard, police investigate. Assault is reported on Winnacunnet Road. Stalking is reported on N Street, police determine it is an unfounded call. Police investigate a missing person from Katie Lane. An accident is reported on Ashworth Avenue. Assault is reported on Winnacunnet Road. Police investigate sexual assault reported at Exeter Hospital. Hampton police assist another agency on Esker Road. Police give assistance during an endangering the welfare of a child incident at Four Seasons Trailer Park. Police render assistance in a fraud case at Felka Cottages. A police officer is requested on Tuck Road.
Thursday, April 11 — Hampton police assist another police agency in area monitoring. Disorderly conduct is reported at Stone Gable Inn. Suspicious activity is reported on Lafayette Road. Police issue a warning for disorderly conduct at Lane Memorial Library. Drug offenses are reported at Lane Memorial Library, but the suspect is not located. Police investigate a hit-and-run at Laxmi Realty Apartments. Police issue a warning for disorderly conduct on Perkins Avenue.
Friday, April 12 — Police receive a report of an assault, they investigate. A domestic incident is investigated on Perkins Avenue. Police issue a warning for suspicious activity on Ashworth Avenue. After looking into suspicious activity on Ocean Boulevard, police arrest Sydni I. Trombly, 22, of Campton, on charges of possessing a controlled drug and drug paraphernalia. Police investigate fraud on Lafayette Road. Reckless operation is reported in the area of High Street and Academy Avenue. Police restore peace after a report of runaway on Winnacunnet Road. A police officer is requested on Tuck Road. Police give assistance in an animal nuisance incident on A Street. Suspicious activity is reported on Route 101 eastbound, but police are unable to find the suspect. During a traffic stop at Tide Mill Bridge on Route 101, police arrest Mauro N. Caputo, 62, of Exeter, on the charge of driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. Police disperse a gathering on Winnacunnet Road after disorderly conduct is reported.
Saturday, April 13 — Suspicious activity is reported on Hardardt's Way, police investigate. Disorderly conduct is reported on Ashworth Avenue, police are unable to locate the suspect. A dispute is resolved after police respond to disorderly conduct on Johnson Avenue, near Ashworth Avenue. Police issue a warning in a domestic incident at Best Western on Lafayette Street. Hampton police assist another police agency on Winnacunnet Road. Criminal trespass is reported at a Lafayette Street business. A police officer is requested to secure property at a Lafayette Street church. Police investigate fraud. Hampton police assist another police agency in investigating activity near Post Road and Lafayette Road. A domestic incident is investigated at a Lafayette Road business. Police investigate and conduct a field interview pertaining to the domestic incident at a Lafayette Road business. Disorderly conduct is reported on Perkins Avenue. Christopher Warner, 29, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, is arrested on charges of criminal mischief and criminal threatening at Riverview Terrace apartments. Police conduct a welfare check at Taylor River Estates. A 17-year-old minor is arrested for vehicle noise on Winnacunnet Road. Police investigate firearm discharges on High Street, in the area of Birch Road. Police investigate a report of theft at an Ashworth Avenue business. Reckless operation is reported on Ocean Boulevard, but police are unable to locate it. Police are unable to locate disorderly conduct reported on Ocean Boulevard. Jonathan Moore, 34, of North Walpole, is taken into protective custody on Ashworth Avenue. Nikolaos Orestis, 46, of Manchester, is taken into protective custody.
