Jon Huntsman Helping Hampton Senator's Reelection Tuesday

The possible 2016 presidential contender will help raise money for Nancy Stiles.

Former GOP presidential candidate Jon Huntsman will be in New Hampshire Tuesday to attend a fundraiser for State Sen. Nancy Stiles (R-Hampton), a longtime supporter.

The fundraiser is from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at 2 Marin Way in Stratham. The suggested donation for the event was $100 per person.

Huntsman, who finished third in the 2012 New Hampshire Primary, is considered a potential Republican presidential contender in 2016 as well.

Huntsman spoke at Saint Anselm College on Monday. He presented a free talk entitled "U.S. and Asia: Current Political Trends and Opportunities" as part of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics' Speaker Series.

Huntsman was last in New Hampshire in February, when he stopped by a supporter's home in Portsmouth for a visit.
