Carrie Towne, 34, failed field sobriety tests after police found her driving erratically with two children in her vehicle.

A driving under the influence trial has been scheduled for June 4 for a North Hampton woman who had two children in her car when she allegedly drove drunk earlier this year.

Carrie Towne, 34, of Pine Haven Motel, will face two DUI counts in Brentwood District Court when her trial begins at 10 a.m. on June 4, according to court staff. Towne was arraigned on the charges Tuesday morning.

Towne was allegedly driving erratically around 6 p.m. on Friday, March 22, on Route 108 in Newmarket when police pulled her over and found a 13 year old and an 8 year old in the vehicle. Towne was arrested and released on $1,500 bail after she allegedly failed a series of field sobriety tests.
