Lowell Man Busted for Aggravated DWI with Child in Car
Peter L. Olekiboli, 39, was stopped along Ashworth Avenue when police found a child in his vehicle.

MONDAY, JULY 29
- 11:44 p.m.: Leilani Weston, 18, of Portsmouth, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol after a burglary call at 13 Playhouse Circle.
- 2:06 p.m.: Burglary investigated at 22R Auburn Ave.
- 3:01 p.m.: Fraud investigated at Middleton Lumber.
- 4:44 p.m.: Theft investigated at 12 Bragg Ave.
- 7:12 pm.: Peter L. Olekiboli, 39, of Lowell, Mass., was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child and stopping/standing/parking prohibited following a traffic stop near the intersection of C Street and Ashworth Avenue.
- 11:22 p.m.: Mark Dolloff, 28, of North Andover, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct and Jason M. Hamel, 27, of Amesbury, Mass., was placed into protective custody following at incident near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and N Street.
- 11:53 p.m.: Edward H. Berke, 20, of Bow, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and public urination or defecation in the Simco parking lot at 28 Ashworth Ave.
- 1:23 a.m.: Benjamin Lacroix-Dehours, 26, of Saint-Jeann-Chrysostome, Quebec, Canada, and Gabriel Clavet, 26, of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, were both charged with public urination or defecation near the Hampton Beach McDonald's.
- 2:42 p.m.: Theft investigated at Bank of America.
- 6:57 p.m.: Theft investigated at 1 Ocean Blvd.
- 10:47 p.m.: Danielle N. Stroud, 31, and David Clark, 26, both of Malden, Mass., were arrested following a traffic stop near the corner of Ocean Boulevard and I Street. Stroud was arrested on a bench warrant, while Clark was charged with possession of a controlled drug.
- 12:16 a.m.: Allison M. Jensen, 19, of Hampstead, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and transporting alcoholic beverages in front of the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. Three others were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: Alysa S. Hebert, 19, of Derry; Julian Suarez, 20, of Wakefield, Mass.; and Adam N. Subervi, 20, of Wakefield, Mass.
- 10:50 a.m.: Fraudulent use of a credit card investigated on Timber Swamp Road.
- 12:19 p.m.: Theft investigated on Keefe Avenue.
- 12:52 a.m.: Robert Lally, 22, of North Chelmsford, Mass., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and Q Street.
- 2:28 a.m.: Samantha Rush, 24, of Somers, Conn., and Brenna Marie Davies, 27, of Holyoke, Mass., were both charged with simple assault at the Grand View Motel.
- 10:11 a.m.: Michael Kean, 21, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault on Scott Road.
- 11:55 a.m.: Heidi M. Johnson, 33, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for sale of a controlled drug or narcotic drug as part of a heroin bust that lead to child endangerment charges.
- 6:24 p.m.: Sombo Meth, 25, of Lowell, Mass., was charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
- 10:42 p.m.: William John Sullivan, 56, of Hampton, was charged with open container and possession of a controlled drug, in addition to being placed into protective custody, following a disorderly conduct report near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Concord Avenue.
