Man Arrested for DWI After Hess Disturbance
A late-night incident in Hampton netted Mark Douglas Walsh, 50, a DWI charge.

MONDAY, MARCH 25

- 1:36 a.m.: Tianna N. Stewart, 19, of Somersworth, was arrested on a bench warrant at the Stone Gable Inn.
- 9:27 a.m.: Theft investigated at Hampton River Marina.
- 4:10 p.m.: Barbara Shaw, 54, of Methuen, Mass., was charged with disobeying a police officer, driving after revocation or suspension and possession of a controlled or narcotic drug following a traffic stop near Galley Hatch.
- 5:33 p.m.: Martin P. Freiermuth, 45, of Hampton, was charged with one count of a domestic violence act, possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia on Fairfield Drive.
TUESDAY, MARCH 26
- 12:38 a.m.: Mark Douglas Walsh, 50, of Hampton, was charged with driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor following a disorderly conduct report at Hess Express.
- 5:26 p.m.: Mark W. Precourt, 54, of Hampton, was arrested at 2 Post Road for violating a protective order. Precourt was charged on March 8 with four counts of simple assault. Police also recently made a separate arrest at the same Post Road home after an altercation in which a gun was fired.
- 5:35 p.m.: Wilfredo Gomez, 45, of Dover, was charged with operating without a valid license after an accident near Seacoast Car Wash.
- 9:27 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at Wally's Pub.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27

- 7:58 a.m.: Michael D. Mahoney, 49, of Hampton, was charged with one count of criminal trespass and one count of indecent exposure and lewdness.
- 2:01 p.m.: Terry M. Deschenes, 22, of Seabrook was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.
- 10:12 p.m.: Burglary investigated on Ancient Highway.
