A man's fourth strike for driving drunk has netted him a Class B felony indictment as authorities attempt to keep him off the road.
Daniel Rowe, 55, is formerly of Vineyard, Maine, although he's been incarcerated at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood since a May 5 arrest along Interstate 95 in North Hampton for driving under the influence of alcohol, misuse of plates and operating after suspension.
Rowe was indicted this month in Rockingham Superior Court for the DUI — his fourth such offense, which carries various possible penalties — and driving after revocation or suspension.
