A man who robbed a Hampton bank after threatening a teller with physical force has been indicted for the crime by a Rockingham Superior Court grand jury.
Ryan Patrick Lane, 35, of 41 Carney Court, Apt. 131, in Charlestown, Mass., was indicted this month on one count of robbery for making off with an undisclosed amount of cash after holding up TD Bank in Hampton on April 14.
Lane was a fugitive after the robbery, but was arrested about a three weeks later in Brockton, Mass., by U.S. marshals. Lane also faced charges in connection to two Massachusetts bank robberies.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt or conviction; rather, it means a grand jury believed there was sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
