1. Today's Top Thing: Residents and town officials will learn tonight whether the Hampton Zoning Board will revisit its decision to approve a Hampton Beach condominium project that has drawn selectmen's ire and put Hampton on the path to a lawsuit due to the proposed building's height.

The board has the authority to grant — or not grant — a rehearing on the variance approvals, and the board is expected to discuss the issue during a meeting at 7 p.m. at Hampton Town Hall.
