• Developer donates Ron's Landing restaurant equipment ahead of demolition (seacoastonline.com) — Demolition of Hampton Beach’s longtime Ron’s Landing restaurant is set to make way for two new condo buildings, but its kitchen equipment is being donated to local nonprofits instead of scrapped. Developer Lou Minicucci is working with the Hampton Rotary Club and St. Vincent de Paul in Hampton to outfit a renovated community kitchen and support other charitable projects with any sale proceeds.
