You can pretty much guarantee this photo will be in the mix for the "Top 13 Photos of 2013," although it'll be up to you next week to decide the "best" photo of the year (stay tuned for that).

What's not to love about this image? A gorgeous multi-colored sunrise, North Beach, a cool angle, and a winter composition that warms you instead of chilling you to the bone. 

That sound you just heard was Jacqui Kennedy knocking it out of not one, but two ballparks.
