Police Investigate Assault at Winnacunnet High

MONDAY, APRIL 15

• 9:32 a.m.: Fraud investigated on Mary Batchelder Road.
• 2 p.m.: Theft reported at Smuttynose Brewery.
• 7:55 p.m.: Matthew Simard, 21, of Tyngsboro, Mass., was charged with open container and possession of a controlled drug near 30 State Park Road.
• 10:02 p.m.: Matthew Warriner, 22, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant after a suspicious activity report on L Street.

TUESDAY, APRIL 16

• 1:15 a.m.: Jason M. Hamel, 27, of Amesbury, Mass., was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop near the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge.
• 2:53 a.m.: Angela M. Bigwood, 20, of Peabody, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and O Street.
• 7:19 a.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at the Sea Spray Condominiums construction site.
• 4:57 p.m.: Jennifer Marie Kohler, 31, of Exeter, was arrested on a bench warrant and Richard L. Tartaglia, 28, of Hampton, was charged with one count of habitual offender following a traffic stop near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and K Street.
• 7:30 p.m.: Police rendered assistance for a disorderly conduct report in Depot Square.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17

• 3:56 p.m.: Criminal mischief investigated at 951 Ocean Blvd.

THURSDAY, APRIL 18

• 12:48 a.m.: John Hamilton, 48, of Plaistow, was arrested on a warrant following a traffic stop near Ocean Boulevard and 8 State Park Road. 
• 1:29 p.m.: Theft reported at Appleton Oaks.
• 2:43 p.m.: Assault investigated at Winnacunnet High School.
• 4:06 p.m.: Ron DeFigh, 66, of Hampton, was arrested on a warrant for driving after revocation or suspension.
• 10:36 p.m.: Criminal threatening investigated at the Sands Hotel and Resort.
