Ricci Tapped to Lead Construction on $6M Project
Six total bids were submitted for the position, and the final decision came down to two companies this week.
Following intensive interviews this week with two different firms, the North Hampton Select Board chose Ricci Construction Company, Inc., of Portsmouth, as the construction manager for the municipal complex project.
Six total bids were submitted for the position, and the board held interviews Monday night with their top two candidates: Ricci, and Bonnette, Page and Stone Corporation.
Ricci will oversee various portions of the construction process and provide insight into other parts of the project.
A final design hasn't yet been chosen for the estimated $6.2 million project, although some artistic renderings have been completed for the new public safety building and the renovated Town Administrative Offices building. Those renderings are included above.
