Sandown Man Charged with Simple Assault on Hampton Beach

Patrick Ryan Casey, 29, was also charged with resisting arrest following an assault near F Street.

MONDAY, JULY 22

  • 11:08 a.m.: Thomas Hall, 24, of Hampton, was charged with fugitive from justice at 24 Taylor River Estates.
  • 7:12 p.m.: Matthew James Struthers, 19, of Dracut, Mass., was charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor near the Neil Underwood Memorial Bridge.
  • 10:57 p.m.: Jesse Oliver Clardy, 18, of Hampton, was charged with simple assault following a domestic incident on Exeter Road.

  • 10:26 a.m.: Theft investigated at Hampton Motor Company.
THURSDAY, JULY 25
  • 10:34 a.m.: Fraudulent use of a credit card investigated on Seaview Avenue.
FRIDAY, JULY 26
  • 12:37 a.m.: A 16 year old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol on Highland Avenue.
  • 7:16 p.m.: A 16 year old was charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 14 year old and two 13 year olds were placed into protective custody following an incident near the intersection of C Street and Ashworth Avenue.
  • 10:11 p.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated at the intersection of Ashworth and Brown avenues.
  • 9:10 p.m.: A 15 year old was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and placed into protective custody near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue.
SATURDAY, JULY 27
  • 12:26 p.m.: Fraud investigated on Hampton Beach near 180 Ocean Blvd.
  • 1:24 p.m.: Theft investigated near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and High Street.
  • 4:44 p.m.: Patrick Ryan Casey, 29, of Sandown, was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest or detention near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and F Street.
  • 6:32 p.m.: Valentina Severino, 19, of Peabody, Mass., was charged with open container following a traffic stop near Ocean Boulevard and O Street.
  • 7:18 p.m.: Theft investigated at Seascape Inn.
  • 9:18 p.m.: Five minors were charges with unlawful possession of alcohol on Jones Avenue: Pierre-Olivier Dumaine, 19, of Saint-Theodore-d'Acton, Quebec, Canada; Madison D. Pelchat, 18, of Providence, R.I.; Mathieu Choiniere, 20, of Acton Vale, Quebec, Canada; David Choiniere, 19, of Acton Vale, Quebec, Canada; and Patric LeFrancois, 19, of Acton Vale, Quebec, Canada.
  • 10:21 p.m.: Burglary investigated at Hampton House Hotel.
  • 10:48 p.m.: Erin Kirchhoffer, 39, of Stafford Springs, Conn., was placed into protective custody at Seven Gables.
  • 11:33 p.m.: Jose Serrano-Ayoso, 26, of Lawrence, Mass., was charged with driving after revocation or suspension following a traffic stop on Island Path.
  • 11:53 p.m.: Alex S. Basoukas, 24, of Goffstown, was arrested on a warrant on Bradford Avenue.
SUNDAY, JULY 28
  • 9:17 a.m.: Hit-and-run accident investigated on Cutler Avenue.
  • 10:42 a.m.: Fraudulent use of a credit card investigated on M Street.
  • 12:45 p.m.: Theft investigated on M Street.
  • 1:23 p.m.: Mitch Pelletier, 20, of Three Rivers, Mass., was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol following a traffic stop on Island Path.
  • 4:52 p.m.: Fraud investigated at Regal Inn.
  • 5:23 p.m.: Jason P. Zak, 39, of North Hampton, was placed into protective custody at Central Parking (92 Ashworth Ave.).
  • 9:52 p.m.: Pascale Boudreault, 19, of Varemmes, Quebec, Canada, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and a 16 year old was placed into protective custody near the intersection of Ashworth Avenue and H Street.
