Seabrook School Nutrition Team Surprised with a Special Lunch
Brown's Lobster Pound in Seabrook, NH Surprises Seabrook School Nutrition Team with a Special Lunch in Honor of School Lunch Hero Day

Seabrook, NH - Brown's Lobster Pound surprised the Seabrook School nutrition team with a special lunch in honor of School Lunch Hero Day. School Lunch Hero Day is celebrated on the first Friday in May to showcase the incredible work school nutrition professionals do in preparing healthy meals for America’s students, adhering to strict nutrition standards, navigating student food allergies, and offering service with a smile.
This year, Seabrook School chose to recognize the hard work and dedication of their cafeteria team of seven dedicated workers who work tirelessly to provide breakfast, lunch, and even dinner for their 750 students. The school reached out to a few of their favorite restaurants in town to request a donation of lunch for their cafeteria workers and Brown's Seafood Pound was happy to participate.
"We are so grateful for the donation from Brown's Lobster Pound," said SES Principal, Bryan Belanger. "They have a strong reputation for delicious seafood and they are well-known throughout the community, and we believe that a treat from Brown’s is the perfect way to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our cafeteria team."
