Seacoast Man Arrested for Violating Assault Probation

The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

• JASON WADE STEVENS, 37, of 24 Lafayette Road, Apt. 4, in Hampton Falls, was arrested on July 29 for violating probation on a second-degree assault charge.
  
• MATTHEW M. HAMILTON, 53, of 1 Cole St. in Salem, was arrested on July 30 for violating a civil court order.
  
• RUBEN MENDEX-NIX, 20, of 263 Manchester St., Apt. 2, in Manchester, was charged on July 31 with driving while intoxicated, disobeying and an officer and transporting an alcoholic beverage.
  
• RAMIREZ HERNANDEZ, 31, of San Andres Tuxtla, Mexico, was charged on July 31 with open container.
  
• FELIPE SANTANA, 44, of 372 Pine St. in Fall River, Mass., was arrested on July 31 for failing to appear in court for sentencing on an assault by a prisoner charge.
  
• MEAGAN MICHELE POELAERT, 31, of 61 Willow Road in East Kingston, was arrested on Aug. 1 for unpaid legal fees.
• NATHAN WILLIAM TREE, 27, of 34 Case Road in Nottingham, was arrested on Aug. 2 for violating probation on a burglary charge.
  
• DEREK PAUL LORD, 26, of Dunes Motel, Room 13, in Salisbury, Mass., was arrested on Aug. 2 for violating probation on a simple assault charge.
  
• LAWRENCE BUSWELL, 52, of 11 Lions Way in Kingston, was arrested on Aug. 2 on a judge's order to arrest.
  
• DANIEL J. McCARTHY, 52, of 156 Front St., Apt. 207, in Exeter, was arrested on Aug. 3 for marital non-support.
