Eric Carrier, 24, tried to trick a caregiver in Hampton into changing a soiled diaper as part of a sexual fetish.

Today's Top Thing: Eric Carrier, a man accused of pretending to have a brain injury to get female caregivers to change his soiled diapers as part of a sexual fetish, is scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing in Rockingham Superior Court at 10 a.m. Carrier agreed to plead guilty to the charges last month.
