State Police Arrest Seabrook Teen for Transporting Drugs

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Feb. 7 and Feb. 13:

Feb. 7

• Travis Tulo, 28, of Durham was arrested on Route 16 in Newington and charged with driving while intoxicated and contempt of court.
• Michael Retsky, 20, of Needham, MA was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with transporting alcohol by a minor.

• Haley Clough, 27, of Durham was arrested on Madbury Road in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Andrew Restiano, 19, of Saugus, MA was arrested on Main Street in Durham and charged with underage driving while intoxicated.

• Christian Oweifie, 19, of Seabrook was arrested on Rocks Road in Seabrook and charged with transporting drugs.
• Michael Kelly, 21, of Merrimack was arrested on Main Street in Durham and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Cassandra Hecker, 20, of Hampton was arrested on Main Street in Durham and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Luis Madera, 36, of Lawrence, MA was arrested on Route 125 in Kingston and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Noel Maldonado, 34, of New York, NY was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton Falls on a bench warrant.

• Jennifer Giuffrida, 22, of Hudson was arrested at the Epping Police Department and charged with possession and transporting controlled drug.
• Shaun McKernan, 23, of Stratham was arrested on Route 125 in Epping and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Cassandra Aspen, 23, of Portsmouth was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
• David Nicholls, 39, of Farmington was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and charged with driving while intoxicated.
