"Through the Seabrook Watchdog[s] group, and one of our own officers, the subject was identified as an arborist checking with a property owner for permission to cut some trees," said Lt. Tom Boynton.
Police had issued a release and an identification request Wednesday after a "suspicious" man allegedly walked up a Brimmer Lane home's driveway, banged on a door of the home and left the property.
