Town Of Hampton: Temporary Transitional Outdoor Dining Permit Application For Private Property

The Hampton Planning Board has developed a new Temporary Transitional Outdoor Dining Permit Application for Private Property to provide existing food service establishments with an expeditious opportunity to offer temporary outdoor dining to customers due to continued impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic.  If you are a food service establishment and wish to provide outdoor dining on a temporary basis this year, you will need to file an application with the Planning Office and receive approval to do so before getting started.

Please also note that this application is for temporary outdoor dining purposes only.  All proposals for permanent outdoor dining are required to go through the Planning Board's Site Plan Review process.
