• 4:07 p.m.: Suspicious activity investigated at Seabreeze Suites.
• 5:34 p.m.: Accident investigated at Winnacunnet High School.
• 10:46 p.m.: Gregory Courtemarche, 45, of Exeter, was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief (vandalism) following a domestic incident at 19 High St.

TUESDAY, MAY 7

• 4:58 a.m.: Edwin A. Berben III, 35, of West Monroe, N.Y., was charged with criminal trespass at 5 Tuttle Ave.
• 8:07 a.m.: Police investigated a theft, and the address listed is the Hampton police station.
• 10:11 a.m.: Unattended death investigated at Royale Coach Motor Inn (509 Lafayette Road).
• 12:16 p.m.: Unattended death investigated at Embassy South Condos (467 High St.).
• 7:32 p.m.: Kerri Ruggiero, 31, of Hampton, was arrested on a bench warrant following a traffic stop near La Bec Rouge.
• 8:12 p.m.: Public indecency investigated near the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and I Street.
