1. Today's Featured Fun: Hampton-North Hampton Patch's PEEP contest may be over, but you can still enter your colorful marshmallow creations in Lane Memorial Library's contest.

2. What Else Is Happening Today: Passover ends today. Also, the North Hampton Planning Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. at North Hampton Town Hall. Among the items on the agenda is a public hearing to add a new chapter to the town's master plan.

3. This Day in History: On this day in 2005, John Paul II, history's most well-traveled pope and the first non-Italian to hold the position since the 16th century, died at his home in the Vatican.

Six days later, two million people packed Vatican City for his funeral, said to be the biggest funeral in history.
