Dog Left in Vehicle at Market Basket Leads to Bench Warrant Arrest
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

11:23 a.m. Theft of a credit card reported at Moonlight Meadery on Londonderry Road. The card was also used in town.
3:30 p.m. Marlene J. Eccles, 49, of 30 Pendleton Lane in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested on an electronic bench warrant for simple assault.
According to police, a caller reported that a dog was in a vehicle in the handicap spot at Market Basket. Police learned of the warrant after tracking down the vehicle from the license plate. The dog was later brought to the kennel.
Eccles was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Her court date was set for Sept. 16 at Derry District Court.
5:04 p.m. Person reporting and ongoing issue of a peeping tom in his building. The male who lives in the apartment above him is constantly staring at him. Complainant can't sit on his porch without this person looking at him.
Police investigated and determined no crimes. Issue solved on scene.
6:18 p.m. James Karos, 45, of 23 Majestic Ave. in Nashua, N.H. was arrested on Nashua Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle) driving after revocation or suspension, speed – basic rule and drivers license prohibitions.
Karos was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. His court date was set for Sept. 16 at Derry District Court.
