LONDONDERRY, NH — A Londonderry family escaped a fire on Hovey Road early Saturday morning, fire officials said. The fire broke out on the upper floor of the residence at about 5 a.m. The residents were not hurt.
The Red Cross assisted the displaced family. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
Windham firefighters responded to the scene and Bedford and Salem firefighters provided station coverage as crews extinguished the flames.
