Londonderry Fire Responds to Gas Leak Outside Building

A total of 69 calls were responded to last week.

The Londonderry Fire Department responded to 69 calls last week in town, including several medical calls, motor vehicle accidents and a gas leak outside of a building.

The leak took place on Aug. 29 at 3:14 p.m. on 1 Hampton Drive.

The department responded to three motor vehicle accidents: two on Interstate 93 northbound on Aug. 26 at 12:19 p.m. and again on Aug. 26 at 12:32 p.m. The third accident took place on Aug. 29 at 5:16 p.m. on 41 Nashua Road.

Other calls of note included a building fire on Aug. 28 at 3:11 p.m. on 214 Rockingham Road and two outside fires with no exposure on Aug. 31.
