Londonderry Resident Charged with DUI, Failure to Use Signals

SEPTEMBER 1, 2013
9:11 a.m. Nicholas M. Flaherty, 21, of 44 Nesenkeag Drive in Litchfield, N.H. is arrested on Pillsbury Road following a motor vehicle accident and charged with possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle). Flaherty released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Sept. 16, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.
2:18 p.m. Auto theft is reported on Hovey Road.
7:10 p.m. Elvis A. P. Stanley, 20, of 2 Devonshire Lane in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Nashua Road and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor, restricted access to controlled roadway, traffic control devices and failure to use required turn signals. Subject was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.

1:47 a.m. Jacob Ian Estevez, 18, of 8 London Bridge Road in Windham is arrested on Buttrick Road and charged with unlawful possession and intoxication. Estevez released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Sept. 16, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.
