Londonderry Teen Charged with Theft
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
AUGUST 21, 2013
10:22 a.m. Joshua Brathwaite, 17, of 80 Adams Road in Londonderry is arrested on a warrant and charged with theft; all other.
Bail was set at $1,000 personal recognizance plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m.
11:52 a.m. Missing person is reported at Manchester Boston Regional Airport.
AUGUST 22, 2013
8:03 a.m. Brian Sinclair, 54, of Auburn Road in Londonderry is arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism) and two counts of conduct after an accident.
Sinclair was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m.
10:59 a.m. Motor vehicle accident is reported on Rockingham Road involving a 1999 Mercedes 4-door and a 1999 Honda 4-door.
4:19 p.m. Michael Devine, 19, of Germantown Road in Derry, N.H. is arrested on Airport Road and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor.
Devine was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee.
He is now scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m.
4:36 p.m. Cassandra Hurd, 25, of Corning Road in Manchester, N.H. is arrested on the Manchester line on Rockingham Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer.
Hurd was bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee and is now scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m.
