A Londonderry woman riding as a passenger on a motorcycle was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Hudson Saturday.
On August 24 at about 5:21 p.m., Hudson Police patrol personnel responded to the intersection of Ferry and Chase streets for the report of a motor vehicle collision with a motorcycle.
Upon arrival to the scene, it was determined a 2005 Harley Davidson driven by Kenneth Lambert, 57, of Nashua, was taking a left turn onto Route 102 from Ferry Street when his motorcycle was struck by a Honda Accord traveling West on Ferry Street driven by Veli Ekiz, 37, of Melrose, Mass.
Lambert and passenger, Eileen Hutcheson, 51, Londonderry, were transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua for what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries. Ekiz was not injured. Ekiz was cited on scene for failing to stop for the traffic light.
This accident is still under investigation by the Hudson Police Patrol Division.
