Manchester SWAT Execute Search Warrant, Arrest Six People
Crack cocaine, fentanyl, and cash were seized at a raid at a Hanover Street apartment. 10 people were detained and 6 arrested.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Police Department was made aware of an incident that occurred that day outside of 332 Hanover Street in which a subject reportedly brandished a firearm during an argument with another individual on Friday.
Witnesses reported hearing what appeared to be a gunshot. During the course of this investigation, possible suspect information was developed.
Police arrested Rafael Pamphile, 34, of Manchester who was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with Criminal Threatening (Felony), Reckless Conduct (Felony), and Armed Career Criminal. A Probation/Parole hold was additionally placed on him.

In conjunction with this investigation members of the Special Enforcement Division conducted a drug investigation into the distribution of crack cocaine and fentanyl from the residence of 332 Hanover Street apartment 4.
As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was secured for the residence for evidence of narcotics distribution.

Thursday the Manchester Police SWAT Team and Special Enforcement Division executed the search warrant at 332 Hanover Street apartment 4.
A total of 10 individuals were detained from the residence which subsequently resulted in arrests and seizures.

AMY POTTER 33 -Possession of controlled drug, Warrant failure to appear
WAYNE BELLO 45 -Electronic Bench Warrant
JENNIFER SENNOTT 23 -Electronic Bench Warrant
SHABON CALVERT 37 -Possession of controlled drug
ABYGAIL MEDUGNO 29 -Resisting arrest or detention
Police also seized $6,238 US Currency, 13 Grams Crack-Cocaine, and 10.4 Grams Fentanyl.
