AUGUST 27, 2013 9:47 a.m. Anthony Watson, 59, of 61 Clark Wood St. In Mattapan, Mass. was charged with forgery. He was held on $7,500 cash bail. Court date set for Sept. 3 at Derry District Court. 2:48 p.m. Godofredo Guardado, 41, of 213 Auburn St. Apt. 3 in Manchester, N.H. is arrested at Shell Food Mart on Nashua Road and charged with operating without a valid license. He was released on $1,400 personal recognizance bail. His court date was set for Sept. 16 at Derry District Court. 5:08 p.m. Sudden death is reported on Valley Street. 54-year-old male found not conscious, not breathing.
