The Hudson Police Animal Control Division is looking for help in finding the owners of an abandoned dog.
On August 27, 2013 the Hudson Police Department received a call about a dog left tied to the door of a local dog grooming business. The dog was turned over to the Animal Control Division. The dog is a black-and-white 100-pound, female Great Dane, approximately 4 years old. The dog is good natured and has some medical issues. Information on the medical history of the dog is necessary to assist in providing proper medical care.
"Any history or background we can get would be great," said Hudson Animal Control Officer Jana McMillan.
She said they can not immediately determine whether this dog would be a candidate for adoption.
Anyone with information concerning this dog is asked to call Hudson Animal Control at (603) 889-7387 or the Hudson Police Crime Line at (603) 594-1150.
