Your dentist is not your friend

I thought I did everything humanly possible to protect myself before any work started. I contacted the NHBDE, the NHDS, and Delta Dental for any complaints against Dr’s David Gordon and Charles Burliss (Salem NH), and to find if they were indeed qualified to do this work,

Fact check me on the following points; No one advised me to talk to a malpractice attorney before any work started.

* The NHBDE sells NH dental license to the NH dentists without proof of liability insurance. The NHBDE, the NHDS, Delta dental, or the dentists do not advertise this anywhere online, or on any forms.

*The NH dental patient is never told this until the very end during discovery.

* A NH dentist does not have to provide insurance information to a patient upon request.

* The NH dental patient is not told this beforehand, and can only get this information during “discovery” for a case.

* The dental patient now must pay to hire an attorney to get this information.

* The dentists of the NHBDE, and Delta Dental are all friends, and members of the NHDS.

* Dr. Gordon is a paid member into the NHBDE (license fees), and the NHDS, where his wife Dr. Brenda Berkal is the President of the NHDS. HELLO!!

* Michal Auerbach is the NHDS director who works alone side Dr. Berkal (Gordons husband) both are good friends of Dr. Burliss, Dr. David Gordon, and Tom Raffio (see photos).

* Everyone at the NHDS, the NHBDE and Delta dentals Tom Raffio CEO, knew that Dr. Brenda Berkal, and Dr. David Gordon were married, and did nothing but cover for them.

* Gordon was sold a new dental license by the NHBDE the same time I filed my complaint with them.

*All dentists working at the NHDS buy their NH dental licenses from the NHBDE.

* All members of the NHBDE are paid members of the NHDS!!

* Delta dentals board is made up of dentists that are paid members into the NHDS, and the NHBDE. HELLO!!

* Delta dental sends business to each of these dentists by recommendations to their dental customers. Follow the money.

* Delta Dental’s Tom Raffio, is friends with all the members of the NHDS, the NHBDE and Governor.(see photo).

* Delta dental recommends their dentists, and pays them out of the patient’s dental insurance even when the work is a complete failure.

* From the start not one of my questions has ever been answered, not even with a Freedom of Information, and “Right to Know” requests they were denied every time. WHY?

* The NHBDE, and the NHDS have no authority to make a dentist refund any monies to a patient.The NH dental patient does not find this out until they file a complaint, why even file in the first place?

* The NHBDE, the NHDS, and Delta Dental do not protect the NH dental patient at all, answer to no one.

* The NHDS is a purchased franchise of the ADA. The ADA has no oversight, rules, or regulations of the NHDS. The NHDS answers to no one.

* I have had no representation or any rights at any of the NHBDE, the NHDS and Delta dentals hearings on my case.

* Straumann will not guarantee their dental implants if the dentists are unable to install them, and make dentures to work as designed, I am the last to know.

* Straumann implants are the costliest on the market, Gordon and Burliss charged me top dollar to do this job, and failed miserably at it after 3 years of non-stop work.

* The NHBDE has the NH Attorney General to defend them, and the NHDS and Tom Raffio Delta Dental have their own attorney’s working against me. I have had no one.

* The NHBDE, the NHDS, Delta dentals Tom Raffio and their attorneys have used the same narrative from the start. I have received the same replies from them, verbatim at times.

* All the attorneys involved are good friends with each other; I did not have a chance, and you know it.

* The decision to do nothing comes from the top down, the Governor’s office, the CEO of Delta Dental Tom Raffio, the director of the NHDS Michal Auerbach, the NHDS President Dr. Berkal (Gordons wife) and the NHBDE members which the Governor hires and are close friends of each other for many years.

* Nowhere on Burliss and Gordons contract I signed did it say that if they could not do the job correctly, I would be held responsible for everything. Nor did it say that they both will do everything needed to prevent me from getting any monies returned, or refunded for their failures.

* It is impossible for a dental patient to find a NH malpractice attorney to represent them, believe me I have tried for 12 years. “You will never win” is what I am told.

* All this information must be made public to protect the unknowing NH dental patient from being the next victim. Are all people who have filed complaints treated in this manner?
